Welcome to the Thursday Beat The Clock tournament. If you've never played a Beat The Clock (or "Time") tournament, you're in for some fun. Unlike a normal poker tournament where it plays until one player has all the chips, our Beat The Clock tournament runs for a pre-determined amount of time, and then ends. The prizes are then calculated as the percentage of the chips you have is the same percentage you get of the overall prize pool.

  • Starts at on .
  • $50 Entry Fee ($45 goes to the prize pool. $5 to pay for food, drinks, etc...)
  • 10,000 chips starting stack
  • Optional $10 dealer bonus for an additional 5,000 starting chips
  • The clock will run for 2 hours and 15 min and the tournament will end
  • Re buys ARE allowed. 10,000 chips for $20 until the end of level 6. $20 from each rebuy goes to the prize pool
  • There is no Add On for this tournament
  • All tournaments use the "button ante" format, if they have antes. This means that a single ante equal to one big blind is posted by the button. If there are five or fewer players on a table, the ante amount is reduced by half. We use the button ante format because it hugely improves the pace of the game. More information about button antes

Welcome to the Toronto Poker Tournament Series!

We always like to remind everyone that alcohol is forbidden at the tournaments. Additionally, all members must not engage in abusive, or inappropriate behavior to anyone (that includes the dealer who one-outed you on the river). Our goal is to provide an upscale, safe, and fun environment for people to play the game we all love.

We look forward to seeing you at the tournament, and if you ever have any questions just ask any of our friendly dealers or floor staff, and we'd be happy to answer them for you!

Have fun, and good luck.
